Trauma doesn’t just live in memories, it lives in the body. For many women, developmental and complex trauma shows up later as chronic illness, pain, or nervous system overwhelm. Medical systems can sometimes deepen that pain, leaving you feeling unseen or unsafe.

At Thrive Within Therapy Services, I offer a safe space for women to heal at the root. By combining trauma therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system retraining, I help you move beyond survival mode and begin to feel whole again.

Somatic and Polyvagal Work
Trauma lives in the nervous system. Using somatic tools and polyvagal-informed practices, we will gently calm and retrain your nervous system to restore balance and safety.

EMDR and IFS
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) help process trauma memories, reduce emotional intensity, and heal the parts of you that have carried pain for too long.

Medical Trauma Support
If you have ever felt dismissed, invalidated, or retraumatized in medical settings, you are not alone. Together, we will create space to process those experiences and restore a sense of safety in your body and healthcare journey.

Holistic Support for Chronic Illness
